Tracking starts at the point where you take possession of your assets. When a new shipment is received, you merely scan into the Tracking Database (use of bar code readers makes this a snap). After that each \u201cphase\u201d of the assets life cycle is simple to track.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When Converters are issued to Technicians, Items are scanned and information is added to the tracking record for which Tech and Date issued to the person.
\nFunctions are then used to capture information about Tech usage. Assets are tracked for the entire time Tech have these assets in their possession. From issue, to Install or returns. Know exactly which assets each Tech is responsible for. You can also control the maximum number of assets they can have in their possession and for how long. Oldest units need to be used first before a pre-determined time limit set by the manager.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Additional\u00a0functions are used to trap information about Tech returns, Field returns\/pickups, and Returns to Vendor, along with maintenance options.\u00a0 Along with these tracking options is and complete and comprehensive set of \u201creal time\u201d report features to get up to the minute detailed information of all assets that have passed through your warehouse.\u00a0 This includes complete audit and tracking of each unit, through every phase (and who touched it) \u201cevery time\u201d this asset comes into your possession.\u00a0 No more guessing the who. what, where, when of your valuable assets.
